Apply Any Time
Rolling admissions at TBS allows families to apply year round. Many families apply a year ahead of when they expect to enroll.
Note: There are times that we would have to waitlist students. All things equal, the date on your application helps.
Important Dates
April 4, 2012
- Common Reply Date for offers of enrollment for all schools that are members of HAIS (Houston Area Independent Schools)
Returning Students
- Contract Deadline - February 1, 2012
- Receipt of the student's contract and enrollment fee on February 1, 2012 will secure a place for your child in our program.
New Students
- Application fee for new students is due with the application when applying and is applied towards the enrollment fee once student is accepted.
Tuition Due Dates

Tuition Guarantee Fund
- This one-time payment is required for two-payment and ten-payment plans. This fund is OPTIONAL for the 1- payment plan for families who pay in full by June 4.
Important Dates for Late Fees
- $25 charged after the third school day of the month
- $50 charged after the fifth school day of the month
Dates for Drop-In Naps and Extended Care Charges
- Families will be billed at the end of the month for charges incurred for after-school care.
