Unleashing Creativity

At The Branch School, our students cultivate an important appreciation for and understanding of the arts. Painting, sculpting, theater, and music are vibrant, vital parts of our student experience—enrichments that help our students develop bolder creative expression and stronger critical capacities.

Here, the study of art is also an integral part of our STEAM curriculum, together with science, technology, engineering, and math. This integrated approach helps our students to grapple with concepts and devise new solutions across disciplines and from many perspectives. Whether performing in the Middle School theatre production or updating the Mona Lisa to reflect modern contexts, our students learn to see the arts as an important reflection of the human experience and a tool by which to explore and explain our world.
